This is a vintage softcover owner’s manual with instructions, techniques, and recipes for the Ekco Pressure Cooker! It was published by the Ekco Products Company in Chicago, Illinois in 1945! The booklet is 28 pages and measures about 6” x 9”. It includes several recipes for Vegetables, Meat, Poultry, Soups, Fish, Seafood, Cereals, and Desserts. Also included is the insert flyer for “How to Use the Ekco Super-Sealer”. As shown in the photos, the booklet is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear and light soiling. The cover is completely split and barely attached at the bottom staple only. The booklet is otherwise complete and remains stapled to its centerfold. It has clean pages with some corner bends and no writing, creases, rips, or tears.
