These papers appear to be payments To the government for running a mine. the dimensions are 4" X 8 1/2". This item is in good used condition for its age, but there are a number of cosmetic issues. There are numerous folds in each direction on the papers. There are a number of bent corners and rough edges with a few small tears. The paper has yellowed due to age.
