We are offering an Civil War issue of Harper's Weekly Newspaper - August 15, 1863. Vol. VII - No. 346. The front cover illustration is - "Morgan's Raid - Entry of Morgan's Freebooters into Washington, Ohio". Most of the illustrations have corresponding articles. There are other full-page illustrations, and the centerfold has a montage of seven illustrations - "Charge of the 6th Michigan Cavalry Over the Rebel Earthworks Near Falling Waters"; "On the Potomac Near Williamsport, Rebel Crossing"; "N.Y.M. Returning Over South Mountain"; "Rebel Pontoons at Falling Waters"; "Marching Prisoners Over the Mountains to Frederick, MD"; "Reminiscences of the Maryland Campaign"; and "Rebel Wounded Coming In As Prisoners on the Field of Battle". Each issue has a section titled "Domestic Intelligence", which covers the goings-on in Congress, Information on Current Battles and Foreign News.
