Minicel Foam Insulation for Van floors. 2 lb density. Minicel is fire retardant, UV stable, hydrophobic and offers sound deadening for your application. Each sheet is 48" x 72". Strips for the corrugations are not pre-cut. The number of sheets included in each package are: 144WB = Two " sheets for corrugations, Three " sheets for top layer170WB = Three " sheets for corrugations, Four " sheets for top layer170WB Extended = Three " sheets for corrugations, Four " sheets for top layer If you would like to go with a thicker top layer, we have " available in the listing under item number 133311117070 We have added an option to our packages that contains a layer of 3M TAI insulation. This layer would lay between the corrugations after the strips have been installed and the top layer of Minicel for added insulation. The TAI is 8mm thick. The sheets for filling corrugations should be cut into strips and glued down with 3M 90 spray or contact glue.
