This is a silver and gold tone solid brass buckle with the 10 year helicopter emblem mounted in the center, made by Haltom. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-5/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.6 oz.
