●The product is only 13cm x 2(for one contax) of shutter ribbon. Please judge the shape and
size from the photo. 3th photo・・・ left : Japanese silk shutter ribbon tape right: my Special Shutter Ribbon Tape by polyester 4th photos・・・This photo shows the label of a manufacturer of the highest quality Japanese raw silk. ●This ribbon was specially woven by my best friend (based on the genuine CONTAX ribbon tape). ●Here are my personal opinions on the differences between the two types of shutter ribbons I sell. -Silk shutter ribbon: Excellent smoothness and flexibility. Even beginners can assemble it without applying much tension. -Polyester shutter ribbon: Less flexible than silk, but durable. Recommended for professionals who can apply a lot of tension. ●This silk shutter ribbon is woven (special limited number by my friend) from the best quality raw silk (see label photo) in Japan. He says that weaving 3mm wide shutter ribbon from raw silk is much more difficult than polyester. The raw silk used for this shutter ribbon is very rare. Currently, most of the raw silk used in Japan (99%) is imported (China). I would like to imagine that the silk shutter ribbon tape used in Contax cameras at that time was made in Japan. ●Shipping will be by registered airmail (signature required when receiving) Shipping cost US$5.00
