Each taper is 2" in length and tapers down 2 gauges smaller than the listed size. For example, a 0g (8mm) taper at its thinnest point is approximately 4g (5mm). Calor Style Tapers are thicker and recessed so you can fit the jewelry inside the taper; this helps prevent slipped while stretching. The chart bellow shows the thickness and diameter of the taper.
