If returning for any other reason, ship the product back in the original packaging within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is in place to help us recoup the original shipping & fulfillment costs. If you refuse a shipment, the cost for the carrier to ship the product back to us will also be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
