The CD tray itself is sticking/mildly binding at some point in returning to close. We have removed the front tray cover to allow for easier access to the tray (for future repair) and the cover and two screws are included. The unit has been tested and is working as expected, outside of the minor tray issue. ***There is no remote control included. Denon unit only.
