Detail, 3-D relief Graphic on Medal features Laurel Wreath & Crossed Barbells with Kettle Weight at bottom marked '50'. Back has a Laurel Wreath detail & is inscribed (see close-ups) *The Green base, which medal is photographed on, measures approx. 3 1/2" wide for scale. Part of a Collection of Incredible German Weight Lifting ~ Wrestling medals, recently acquired. All are Turn of the Century~early 1900's era & Sterling Silver. They were originally won by a prodigy German Weightlifter.
