Alecia’s A Bit of Everything Alfani Womens Black & White Embroidered Lace Blouse Size 18 This is a beautiful dressy blouse that features a black V neck top that is embellished with a 7” embroidered border all around the blouse including the sleeves. The bottom of the blouse is white with a 2 layer hem. The sleeves are 23” with a bell shaped hem. The fabric is 100% polyester and is machine wash, lay flat to dry. It measures 28” from shoulder to bottom tier hem, 24” from pit to pit, & 29” from the back of the neck to the hem. This is a great traveling blouse, it does not wrinkle.
