George McBride Oshkosh wis. I do not have birth and death dates. This maker is not in Ron Koch's book on winnebago decoys. He is in wisconsin sporting collectibles. Has keel and weight and tie off on bottom. Looks like keel was added after decoy was made with a lousy paint job. Has red glass eyes and bill carving. Wings are painted. Length 16.75 inches; width 7 inches; height 9 inches. someone wrote in pencil on bottom; george mcbride oshkosh wi circa 1940. If this arrives damaged, hang on to it and I will do a shipping claim on my end. The shipper will want to see the damaged package. Returns accepted in 30 days. Thank you
