Volvo 240 242 244 245DL GL Rear axle trailing arm bushing Installation tool set

Box: 6x4x4 PART NUMBER: 9995078 This tool kit is removing and installing a rear trailing arm bushing on Volvo 240 models. We reproduced our tool kit by following the original tooling design of the one we recovered from Sweden. This was a set of original tools from one of the Stockholm Volvo dealers ' service departments. In the development process, we noticed that the trailing arm bushing center hole is not exactly in the center of the bushing. There is a top and bottom to the bushing, - the thicker part is pointed toward the ground. So we added a few improvements to our tooling to accommodate this condition. As a result, we completed a much-needed and must-have tool set for the bushing replacement process. The tool can be purchased for the price shown. If you decide to return it after the job is completed, we will refund you 1/ 2 of the tooling cost. We are only asking you to inspect tools for the stripped threads or hammer marks before your return of the tooling. Please also note, that we are offering a complete set of tools. including the spacer with 2 spring clips. It is installed between the two bushing mounting brackets of the rear axle, to prevent them from collapsing bushing ears, and its purpose is to stay between both ears of to provide support while you operate the busting press tool Everything is included in the kit.
