Store brand light gray handset cord. Works on any modern phone using the standard modular connector (aka RJ9). New but not in a factory package. We put it in a plastic bag for shipping. One end has no curl for about 6 inches. We have sold hundreds of thousands of cords by this manufacturer. We buy them by the pallet, passing the savings on to you. They are made in China (like nearly all handset cords) and have gold plated contacts. They are lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE free.Length: The maximum practical working length of this cord is 5 feet. Coiled (relaxed state) this cord is about 14 inches long, NOT 9 FEET. Add a little more for the uncoiled portion on each end. It is called a 9 foot cord because 9 feet of material goes into the curling machine. This naming scheme is confusing but it's the standard.
