Believe it to have capacitor issues because it turned on fine for a moment but then started beeping and flashing. I could see the 3DO logo come back on here and there and then gone again. Cannot tell if it also has lens/laser issues for reading games. Could not test it far enough. Console only. As is, for parts or repair. No returns.
