David Landis Art watercolor. State Street bridge 1948. Depicts a colorful, modernist water

color of State Street in Chicago. The bridge is open to let the boats in. An artist sits lower right hand corner painting/ sketching the scene. Possibly the artist’s wife. Artist was on the faculty at University of Chicago. Fantastic piece. Piece is wrapped and that’s why the photos aren’t the best. Slight wear to corners/ edges. Size is 14.75X21.5 inches. Unframed.
