Savacool was a frequent freelance writer for Chambers Stamp Journal, Western Stamp Collector and other publications. He also isued his own tracts of which this is one title. As far as I can see, neither the American Philatelic Society nor any other philatelic library has this listed in their own online holdings. Interesting.In a tiny 3" by 5-1/2" book of 12 pages, Savacool dicusses the material described in the title and lists some religious stamps you could apparently purchase from him.
