40" Long, Cowl induction scoop at it's tallest: 4-1/4 inches high at rear. 3-1/2" high about midship. Outside flange for riveting, bolting or bond-on mounting. This scoop features full hand laid fiberglass construction and has reinforced rear edge for rigidity. This scoop is an Unlimited Products exclusive. Edges are double thick to accept countersunk rivets for flush bonding to your hood. Edge length is 39", while overall length (including rear overhang) is 40". 22" wide and 28-1/2" wide with flange,Questions from customers: "Can I use double back 3m tape for mounting?We have seen some great 3m tapes, but when they get hot, watch out. Some are far better than others. Problem is, if the scoop flanges do not perfectly match to the contour of the hood, it will loosen up. The best ones are the scoops with outside flanges as "inside flanges" stiffen the scoop, then contour issues. With our 49 years with the company here, we have seen a lot.
