This tiny bottle is only 2 inches tall featuring a running dragon on the front of this oval shaped bottle. Photos of this is difficult. “Trade Mark” shows just below the Dragon. The back has 5 lines beginning with Oxien - Pills - The Giant Oxie Co. which is curved line - Augusta, Me. - Sole Proprietors which is curved embossing. This is a Classic early bottle probably from the 1890s with a Dragon running with a spear. Bottles like this are scarce due to its small oval
size and can be easily overlooked when digging. This for all practical purposes is clear glass and just turning a light amethyst. How many bottles have you seen with a running dragon threatening you with a spear?? This is a very unique bottle extra clean and sharp with no cracks or chips etc. Hope you may enjoy adding this to your smalls.
