Because of the value of this item (and the inability to ship it and insure it at a reasonable price) and the fact that FedEx and UPS (United Parcel Service) do not allow for antiques and collectibles to be insured at full value, I am unable to ship internationally and must decline international sales, unless you make special arrangements for your own shipping at your own risk and expense. I will work with you if you are able to do this if you are international. I prefer the eBay payment platform. If you wish to pay by any other means, please message me before buying and ask permission, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Then, when I send an invoice after you have purchased the item, please immediately remind me that you will be paying by another means. I have been a member of the American Philatelic Society since 1978 and have been selling on eBay since the 1990s. You will need to work through any sales tax issues with eBay. I have no control over their collection of tax. All purchasers --unless those that have already worked out tax-exempt issues with eBay customer service--will be charged applicable sales tax.
